Customers may place internet orders at any time of day (24 hours a day). I try to answer all emails within a few hours. Email communication may be delayed on the weekends so that I may spend quality time with my family.

Shipping
Ducky Buns Etc will ship to all U.S. states. We are no longer accepting international orders. Most packages will ship via USPS, but we will occasionally use UPS or FedEx for larger packages. We will choose the most economical method.
Shipping charges are dependant on the weight of your order, as well as the zone that you live in.
Orders are shipped every afternoon. All in-stock orders placed before 3 pm mountain time *should* be shipped the same day. I say *should* because there are days when I am unable to visit the PO. I do try very hard to make sure your package is shipped promptly.
Occasionally, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This will occur only if the items are not in stock at the time your order is placed. These orders will usually take between 7-10 working days to ship unless otherwise listed in the description. If other items in your order are in stock, those items will be shipped within our normal timeframe.
Insurance
Ducky Buns Etc is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your package.
Payment Methods
When using our shopping cart, you are taken to a secure server to protect your personal information.
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are processed through our secure payment processor. We never see your financial information.
We also offer Paypal and Paypal Express Checkout for our customers who prefer to pay with Paypal.
Be aware that if you are paying with an eCheck via PayPal, the payment must clear before we can ship your package. As soon as we are notified that the status has changed from “uncleared” to “cleared” we will ship your order.
It is easy to set up a bank draft or eCheck though Paypal. It is similar to paying by check but we will never see your banking information.

Returns Policy
Ducky Buns Etc will only accept unused and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. This means that returned items must be in NEW condition. Returns must be made within 30 days and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We require that all returns be sent via USPS with delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Upon receipt, we will credit your account for the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. No reimbursement will be made of shipping charges.
Clearance
Clearance sales are final. No returns.
Privacy
We value your privacy. All PayPal payments are encrypted through a secure payment process. We will never see or retain your credit card information. We will never sell your information to another party.
